It's been awhile.....

So I figured it was time for me to sit down and work on some of the pictures I have on my computer. Here are a few that I worked on and hopefully you like them!

This is a steer that my dad had on his farm. It was wanting a close-up, so I gave it that opportunity. I edited it with a black and white background and left the steer in color.

This is an old barn that is in between Jeffers and Sanborn that I have seen falling down over the past few years. Well, one day, it was a nice cloudy day and I had a few minutes to stop and take a few shots from the road and I edited it to look like an old photo.

I will be trying to take/post more pictures more often since I will now have alittle extra time on my hands. I will hopefully also be investing in a new digital camera in the next few months and start making trips out in rural South Dakota in hopes to get some unique shots. Please, as always, tell me what you think!

Black Hills, South Dakota

This past week, I was on VACATION! It was so nice to relax. I was able to get a few good shots, just over 400! I picked out a few of my favorites and edited two of them.

So this one is of an old farm site somewhere between Sioux Falls and Wall, SD. I was driving at the time, but still was able to get a good shot!

This is of a long-horned sheep that was at Bear Country USA. It was really cool so see wild animals so close to you!

Mount Rushmore......Need I say more?

This is a shot from the Black Hills National Forest. I love the fact that you can look out and not see a power pole or a house!

I will be looking over more of them and be posting more! Let me know what you thing!

Wind Turbines

On the way back from Minnesota a few weeks ago, I swung on a gravel road to get some shots of the Wind Turbines by my grandparents place. Let me know what you think!

Using a software online, I took a picture that I liked and used the Stencil option.

This is just an edit of a picture. I just love how the clouds make the picture.

Here I did neon. I must say, this is one of my favorite ones that I did, just love the look of the turbines.

One of my favorite ways to edit pictures is black and white. It makes your mind wonder what everything really looks like.

I thought that "Tomorrow's Future….Today" was perfect due to the increase of Wind Farms in Midwest.

Held my camera down to try to get a good shot of both the weeds and the wind turbines.
